Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us.  At agilify, the collective behind www.peoplespacetechnology.com.au, we have a few fundamental principles that we follow:

  • We don’t ask you for your information unless we actually need it.  (We don’t need things like your gender, or income level, or how many individuals live in your home.)
  • We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our services, or protect our rights.
  • We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our site.

It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating this website.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

When a visitor fills out our contact forms, that information is passed on to the appropriate person to deal with the request or question that has been asked on the form.  If the request or question was not involving a support incident or sale, once it has been dealt with, the information may be deleted,  or it may be kept for record-keeping and training purposes.  If the request or question was involving our services and/or the products we sell, the information may be used for marketing purposes, such as the sales team reaching out to the visitor because the visitor has requested a quote.

To improve your experience on our site, we may use “cookies.”  Cookies are an industry standard, and most web sites use them.  A cookie is a string of information that our site may place on your computer as a tool to remember your preferences.  You may refuse to use cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

If you would like to opt-out of Google Analytics cookies altogether, you can go to https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en and get the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
